Started Nocturne on a borrowed drum roaster in 2019. Still cups every new lot before it ships.

Co-founder & Café Director

Runs the rooms and the rituals. Believes hospitality is 90% of a great cup.

Green Coffee Buyer

Spends the season on the road building relationships with the producers we buy from.

Production Roaster

Keeps the roast profiles honest, batch after batch, Tuesday and Friday.

Wholesale Lead

Helps cafés and restaurants dial in and stay dialed in across the city.

Head Barista, Flagship

Trains the bar team and can pour a rosetta in his sleep.

Events & Community

Curates cuppings, tastings, and the long communal table at Eastside.

Roastery Operations

Makes sure the beans, bags, and boxes are where they need to be, when they need to be.
